my dreams were always of tropical paradises, fueling my childhood fascination. Fast forward to 2020, a year of upheaval and unexpected silver linings.
Growing up in in freezing Canada…
Dental work in Costa Rica sparked my childhood dreams again. Then, a chance encounter led me to Casa Morpho, a small operating hostel that destiny chose for me. Spirit guided me through acquiring a cool old truck, adopting a sweet dog, and discovering nearby 12-step meetings and a Buddhist Temple.
I also bumped into my old boss outside the supermarket who lives up the hill from me! I hadn’t seen him for 20 years and he’s now my best friend.
Synchronicities
It's been 1.5 years since I arrived, wrapping up life in Canada and settling into this tropical haven with my furry companion. Amidst the lush landscapes, I've found not just a home but a sanctuary of serenity. Casa Morpho, with its serene ambiance and commitment to wellness, has become more than a dwelling – it's a community of kindred spirits.
